There are some known issues about the Casio Exilim.  Battery drainage for some unknown reason, corruption of the memory card even if the user hasn’t used the camera for months, and inappropriate light balancing in some shots.  Nevertheless, these complaints do not take away the fact that the Casio Exilim is a solid digital camera for almost everyone.

The pink Casio Exilim is currently hailed as the best starter camera in the market.  Indeed, it doesn’t have the features of digital cameras for professional shots, but for casual users, the Casio Exilim EX-Z9PK 8MP is the best option for them.  It has features that are more than enough for personal usage, and it can be bought at a fantastic price that sets it apart from other digital cameras.  Initially carrying the SRP of $200, a unit can now be purchased below $100.  

And yes, I’m talking about the pink varieties too.

A Great Photo Printer Option-The Pink Canon Selphy CP760 Compact Printer

The other night I was browsing Amazon, looking for, you guessed it, pink electronics. In particular I was hoping to find a photo printer. My first grandchild will be born in a few months, and I want to be prepared! What were the chances that I could find an affordable, pink photo printer? Pretty good actually.

The Canon Selphy CP760 pink compact photo printer fits the bill nicely. It’s small, cute and pink and does a great job printing your digital photos. It has red eye correction which I need because it seems like every photo I take, the person or animal looks like they are possessed with red eyes.Also a cool feature is this printer has an optional battery option so you can take it with you. And it’s very light weight for easy travel. Great to take with you on vacation!

 Some other cool features is that it prints different sized pictures from business card sized to 4"x8". It prints fast, in under a minute per picture which is great if you have lots of pictures I want to print.

It has large buttons and a screen to preview your photo before you actually print it. You can print water resistant pictures (love this idea with kids in the house), and you can print directly from your memory card, a Bluetooth device (with optional Bluetooth adapter) or directly from your camera.

I had to add this to my collection of pink tech gadgets and I love it! Great buy!
